Exhibitor Appointed Contractors

Complete registration forms and fax them to the SECO International, LLC offices by February 1, 2008 in order to be registered and granted access into the Exhibit Hall prior to official exhibit hall hours.

List of registered EAC's will be forwarded to SES for on-site reference.

EAC's to check-in at the escalator entrance to Hall A-1 and provide company provided photo identification to the on-duty security guard who will confirm that their company name is listed on the provided list of registered EAC's to grant access to the Exhibit Hall before hall hours. Badges will not be provided to EAC's by show management.

Individual exhibitors without a hired contractor or photo identification will need to report to Exhibitor Registration in the Registration hall to receive credentials to be granted access to the Exhibit Hall before hall hours.

Photo ID will only grant access to the exhibit hall during set-up and dismantle hours. SECO issued exhibitor badges will need to be presented to enter the exhibit hall during show hours. Exhibitor badges can be collected in the registration hall of the GWCC.

Once EAC's and POV's have been granted access to the exhibit hall they must adhere to the load-in and marshalling yard instructions provided in their SECO 2008 Exhibitor Service Kit.
