Exhibitor Registration
SECO Exhibitors must register each representative who will be on-site in the exhibit hall. Access will be denied to those not registered.

Please note: In the interest of providing a clean and comfortable environment conducive to business for exhibitors and attendees alike, the Exhibit Hall will be closed to exhibiting companies on Thursday, February 28, 2008, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM. All booth personnel must exit the hall during this period.
During this two-hour break, the remaining aisle carpets will be laid and all traffic areas will be vacuumed. Please adjust your set up schedule accordingly.
Neither the Georgia World Congress Center nor Shepard Exposition Services will provide service after 12:00 Noon on Thursday, February 28, 2008.

Payment Information
Please make all checks payable to SECO International, LLC
Payments for Exhibit Space may only be made payable by check. SECO will not accept payment by cash, money order or credit card.
Payment Schedule
Booths Rented On-Site at SECO 2007
On-Site Sales 25% deposit due March 30, 2007
On-Site Sales 2nd 25% payment due August 1, 2007
Final 50% payment due November 30, 2007
General Booth Sales (booths rented after March 1, 2007)
Outside Sales 50% deposit due upon booking booth space
All final 50% payments due November 30, 2007

Press Conferences at SECO 2008
If your company would like to conduct a press conference to announce new technologies, products or services, host a press conference during SECO 2008 in the SECO Press Room (#A401) at the Georgia World Congress Center.
Please book your conference as soon as possible as prime times are booked early. Please contact SECO's public relations representative, Kim Ryan, directly at kimryan@bellsouth.net or phone (770) 932-0695 to schedule your conference time.
An LCD projector with screen and a podium with microphone will be provided at no charge. You must bring your own laptop computer, however.
