Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
In order for your Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EAC's) to be
registered and granted access into the Exhibit Hall prior to official
exhibit hall hours, you must complete the EAC registration form
and fax it to the SECO International, LLC offices by February 1,
2008.
EAC's are to check-in at the escalator entrance to Hall A-1 and
provide company provided photo identification to the on-duty security
guard who will confirm that their company name is listed on the
provided list of registered EAC's to grant access to the Exhibit
Hall before hall hours. Badges will not be provided to EAC's
by show management.
Preparing Your SECO Booth with the Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit has all of the information that exhibitors
need to know to execute a successful booth at SECO 2008. Please
contact Shepard Exposition Services at 404-720-8600 if you have
yet to receive your Exhibitor Service Kit or if you would like to
receive a hard copy.

Hold a Press Conference at SECO 2008
If your company would like to announce new products or services,
host a press conference during SECO 2008 in the SECO Press Room
(#A401) at the Georgia World Congress Center.
Please book your conference as soon as possible as prime times are
booked early. Please contact SECO's public relations representative,

Registration Infomation
To avoid delays, SECO encourages exhibitors to pre-register booth
personnel prior to arriving at the Georgia World Congress Center.
Exhibiting companies may register their personnel with the Registration
Form found in their Exhibitor Service Kit. The form can also
be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit on the Exhibitor
Information page of www.seco2008.com.
Exhibiting companies must have a contract for booth space on file
with SECO International before they may register booth personnel.
This year, companies may submit on a fax form the names of all personnel
who will work SECO 2008. The amount of company personnel is not
restricted by booth size.
Pre-registration services end for exhibiting companies February
7th, 2008. After February 7, 2008, please bring your business card
to faciliate on-site registration
