SECO 2008 Registration Policy

Cancellations

SECO International will accept SECO 2008 cancellations from November 1, 2007 through February 7, 2008, (EST). SECO International will not accept cancellations after February 7, 2008. In the cancellation notice, the registrant must include the name and contact information of the cancelled registrant; one registrant per cancellation notice. SECO charges a $75 processing fee for cancellations. SECO issues refunds in the manner in which the registrant paid for registration, unless otherwise specified. In the event of an emergency, SECO will review cancellation requests received through February 27, 2008. Emergent cancellations must notify SECO International before February 27, 2008, and explain in detail the nature of the emergency. SECO will not honor cancellations of any nature after the conclusion of SECO 2008.

Financial Transactions

Please review purchases carefully, as all transactions are final.

Purchases
Payment in full must accompany all registration transactions. Payment must be made in U.S. funds. SECO International accepts personal or business checks, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "SECO International, LLC."

Transferring Registration Fees
Registrations are transferable. Registration transference is limited to Exhibit Hall admission, continuing education admission, social event admission and payment balance. Registration transference is subject to the full registration fee offered during the registration period in which the transfer is made. This amount may be greater than the original registration fee.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to registrants under the stipulations outlined in the Cancellation Policy. SECO International prohibits the replacement or refund of a course admission ticket(s) after purchase. Purchased admission tickets will receive a refund for the purchase price only if: (a) SECO cancels the ticketed event; or (b) the registrant cancels congress attendance. SECO will issue refunds in the manner in which the payment was made unless otherwise specified.

Discounts & Incentives
When applicable, published incentives and discounts include terms and conditions of use. SECO International strictly enforces the terms and conditions of incentives and discounts applied to SECO 2008 registrations.

Course Ticket Exchanges
A course ticket may be exchanged for another course ticket of equal value at the classroom door of the desired course on a stand-by basis; stand-by admittance is first-come, first-served, based on available seating. Ticket exchanges involving a purchase balance must be made at the Registration Desk; debits must be paid at the time of the exchange. Exchanges made at the door require a replacement course barcode that covers the original course barcode printed on the course ticket.
